Troubleshooting
For your convenience we have provided a list of helpful hints that may answer your questions more efficiently.
Recharge your iPhone
- Try connecting your iPhone to the AC adapter or a high-powered USB port like your computer, to recharge the battery.
- If you see the red color battery image on your screen flash 3 times and go black, your iPhone is not connected to power.
- If your iPhone has extremely low power, the screen may stay black for up to 2 minutes after it has started charging.
Restart your iPhone
- Hold the button on the top right on the iPhone. Then use the slider on the screen to shut down the phone.
- To turn the phone back on, press and hold the same button until the apple icon appears on screen
Remove Content
- Some content may not be properly synced to your iPhone. Try selectively moving content that may be causing problems such as songs, photos, videos, calendars or contacts.
- To remove content, connect the phone via USB to iTunes and change the sync settings. Then click "apply" to have your phone re-synced with the new settings.
Reset Settings

- All settings will be reset, but content will NOT be deleted
